These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by ITz-Easy Tobias Itzel in connection with the use of the Promptalyze platform at https://promptalyze.com.

Description of Services

Core Service

Promptalyze provides a platform for AI Visibility Intelligence. The service includes:

  • AI visibility scans against selected AI systems (e.g. answers and mentions for configured prompts)
  • Website and content scans evaluating technical signals, content and discoverability
  • Project, brand and competitor management
  • Reports, time series and comparative metrics tracking visibility over time
  • Plan and quota management

Data Storage

Important notice: Promptalyze stores the data required for analysis, monitoring and reporting — in particular project and scan configurations, AI scan results and website scan results. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Usage Requirements

Eligibility

Use of the platform is permitted for natural and legal persons. By using the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

User Obligations

You agree to:

  • only configure projects, brands and websites that you are authorized to analyze
  • keep your login credentials confidential
  • not perform automated access (bots, scrapers) without express permission
  • not use the service for unlawful purposes
  • not use the platform to circumvent third-party technical protection measures (e.g. rate limits, bot detection)

Liability

Limitation of Liability

The liability of ITz-Easy Tobias Itzel is limited as follows:

  • In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations
  • Liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract
  • Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded

Exceptions

These limitations of liability do not apply to:

  • Damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health
  • Intentional or grossly negligent conduct
  • Mandatory statutory liability provisions

Prices and Payment

Pricing Model

Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. Prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (for consumers).

Payment Processing

Payment is processed via Stripe. Upon payment, you receive access to the selected plan.

Availability and Changes

Availability

We strive for high availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance work will be announced in advance where possible.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to change or expand the functionality of the platform at any time. Material limitations will be announced with reasonable notice.

Final Provisions

Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of ITz-Easy Tobias Itzel.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future. We will inform you of material changes.
